Privacy Policy

ALV Marketing Solutions LLC (ALVMS) is a single member social and digital marketing agency.  Any information that is automatically collected, or directly provided to ALVMS through other means will solely be used for its intended and established purposes.  

Customer/Client information that is in the possession of ALVMS will not be shared, sold, or otherwise distributed to any third party without intentional consent by said customer/client.  Personal information and financial information are duly protected under this policy.  To establish a marketing partnership/relationship information such as company name, address, email, phone number, financial information, and areas of business may be needed.  Other non-listed information may also be needed and is covered under the same terms of this policy.  

At any time, a request to remove all personal/commercial information from our ALVMS database can be submitted by contacting ALVMS customer services at customerservice@alvmarketingsolutions.com.  If at the time of request we are currently joined in a contract, the request will be honored at the time that the agreement is completed for the cancellation of the active contract.
